Meet our Founder

Jennifer Stich, M.A., BCBA

Jennifer Stich is the founder and owner of Above & Beyond Behavior Analysis Virginia and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with nearly two decades of experience supporting neurodivergent children, teens, and adults.

She has worked in home, clinic, school, and community settings since 2006 and earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida and her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University. Jennifer enjoys life with her husband, three daughters, and their Pomeranian, Tater Tot.

After becoming a BCBA in 2015, Jennifer founded Above and Beyond Behavior Analysis Virginia with a mission to provide high-quality, ethical ABA services that genuinely support both clients and staff.

Jennifer is passionate about meeting clients where they need support most- at home, in school, or in the community. She has collaborated with schools, advocated for appropriate ABA services, and values strong partnerships with families, educators, and other professionals.

At ABBAVA, Jennifer is committed to creating a supportive, engaging, and compassionate environment where clients, families, and team members feel valued and empowered to succeed.

Colleen Tisdale

State Director

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I am passionate about empowering individuals and families through evidence-based behavioral strategies and compassionate support. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University and a Master’s degree in Special Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction also from Cleveland State University, I bring a strong interdisciplinary background to my work. I further advanced my expertise by earning my BCBA certification through the Florida Institute of Technology.

Beyond my professional life, I’m a proud mom of five grown children and a devoted doodle mom, which continues to shape my appreciation for patience, humor, and the everyday moments that inspire growth. My personal and professional experiences together fuel my commitment to helping others reach their fullest potential.
